SHANGHAI FRIED LUMPIA
Mix pork, shrimp, singkamas, green onion, soy sauce, egg yolk, msg (if used) and salt and pepper to taste. Wrap or roll into finger rolls. Seal with water or egg white. Dip ends in egg white. Fry in deep, hot fat. Drain well. Before serving cut into 2 to 3 inches pieces. Serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce.
