Crispy Kangkong with 3 Special Dips

    Prepare the Kangkong leaves by washing and drying them well. Dip in batter, then deep-fat fry. Drain well.

    Batter Mixture . Mix in a bowl 1 1/2 cup cornstarch, 2 eggwhites, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3/4 cup water.

        • 1 cup sour cream

          1 cup finely minced garlic

          2 Tbsp chopped leeks

          2 tsp curry powder (opt.)

    • Dip 2
        • 1 cup mayonnaise

          1/4 cup grated quick-melt cheese

          1 tsp. liquid seasoning

          2 tbsp pickle relish

    • Dip 3
        • 1/4 cup soy sauce

          1 tbsp calamansi juice

          1 tbsp chopped ginger

          2 tbsp honey

          1 tsp sesame oil
