Mushrooms in Garlic (Champignon al Campesino)

    • 2 large cans whole button mushrooms
    • 1 Tbsp finely minced garlic
    • 6 Tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
    • 1 jigger white wine (opt.)
    • 1/4 tsp paprika
    • 2 tbsp liquid seasoning
    • salt to taste

    Saute garlic in olive oil until slightly brown. Add mushrooms, stirring continously. Lace with the rest of the ingredients. Remove from fire. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
